Custom Contract Manufacturing
We focus our manufacturing capabilities on supporting our client’s diverse needs through an extends across various product categories. Whether it’s outsourcing formula design, producing directed or turnkey products, or items that require a high degree of specialisation and investment, our laboratory is fully equipped to meet your specific requirements.
Offering flexible minimums and competitive pricing, our aim is to nurture the growth and development of your cosmetic line. Our expertise spans skin care, hair care, and a range of beauty products, positioning us as your comprehensive partner for custom contract manufacturing.
If you are considering to slightly alter one of our existing stock formulations or packaging, such as a fragrance change or adding an extract, we offer an R&D service priced at €2,500. This includes a minimum order of 2,500 units per formula, with an approximate lead time of 8 weeks following artwork approval.
If your project requires custom product development, our R&D service is priced at €5,000, with a minimum order of 5,000 units per formula. This depends on the product’s batch sizes, fill quantities, and raw materials, and the lead time ranges from 16-20 weeks.
Our R&D fees cover full access to our team of skilled R&D chemists, procurement specialists, a dedicated project manager, and include essential tests such as preservative challenge testing, stability assessment, and component compatibility, all vital for ensuring your product’s success in the competitive market.
Custom Contract Manufacturing
We focus our manufacturing capabilities on supporting our customers through multiple product segments. Whether you need to outsource formula design, manufacture directed products, turnkey products, or items that require a high degree of specialisation and investment, our laboratory is able to meet your demands.
With varying minimums and competitive pricing, we strive to help grow and develop your cosmetic line – whatever your needs. With our experience in skin care, hair care, and various beauty products, we can be your one-stop-shop for custom contract manufacturing.
If you are considering to make a minor change to one of our existing stock formulation in stock packaging, such as changing the fragrance or adding an extract, our R&D fee is €2,500 with a minimum order quantity of 50 units per formula. The lead time is about 8 weeks after approval of the artworks.
If you need custom product development, our R&D fee is €5,000 with a minimum order quantity of 200 units per formula, depending on product’s batch sizes, fill quantities and raw materials. The lead time is about 16-20 weeks.
Our R&D fees include full access to our R&D chemists, our procurement team, a dedicated project manager, and includes preservative challenge testing, stability assessment and component compatibility to ensure your product’s best chances for success in the market.
